유치원아동에서 고자당배지를 이용한 우식활성검사치와 우식경험유치면지수와의 상관성

Abstract
결론
3세에서 6세 사이의 유치원 아동 116명을 대상으로 Sulphasomidine을 첨가한 고자당배지
를 만들어 상악 협측 치경부에서 채취한 치태를 배양하여 Streptococcds mutans에 대한 우
식활성검사를 실시하고 우식경험유치면수를 조사한 우식경험도와의 상관성을 분석하여 다음
의 결론을 얻었다.
1. Sulphasomidine을 첨가한 고자당배지내에서의 우식확성 검사설적과 우식경험도간에 순
상관관계가 존재하였고 우식경험유치면수와 유의성을 갖는것은 72시간후 김사성적이었다
(P<0.05).
2. Streptococcus mutans에 대한 우식활성검사시 영향을 줄 수 있는 연령과 성별의 요인
을 규명하기 위하여 Pearson 상관분석 t-test를 시행한 결과검사에 영향을 주지 않았다.
3. Sulphasomidine을 첨가한 고자당배지를 사용하여 치태를 72시간 이상 배양하면 우식활
성이 높은 아동과 낮은 아동을 감별할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

116 preschool-children were examined for caries activity and dmfs index. 20%
Sucrose-sulphasomidine-broth was used to cultivate plaque sample that was obtained
from buccal side of maxillary posterior teeth.
After incubation for 48houra and 72hour, acid produstion of Streptococcus mutans was
evaluated by the color change of pH indicator(5% Bromcresol green) in the medium.
1. There was significant correalation between dmfs index and caries activity test
scores(P<0.05).
2. Age and sex did not significanly affect cares activity test scores.
3. By cultivatiog plaque sample in 20% sucrese-sulphasomidine-borth over 72 hours,
caries-inacive children can be differentiated from caries-active children.
